  1. Personal Training Sessions

Unused Sessions: You may request a refund for any unused sessions within 7 days of purchase.

Used Sessions: No refunds will be issued for sessions that have already been used or attended.

Package Cancellations: If you purchase a multi-session package and choose to cancel midway, a prorated refund will be provided for the unused sessions, minus a 10% administrative fee.


  1. Monthly Plans & Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions (e.g., Starter, Pro, Elite plans) may be canceled at any time with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

Refunds will not be issued for partially used months.

No retroactive refunds for missed sessions or client no-shows.


  1. Group Classes & Events

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or credit.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.


  1. Virtual Training Plans

You may cancel a virtual plan within 3 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no sessions have been used.

After 3 days or upon use of any session, refunds are not available, but we may provide credit for future use at our discretion.

Gift cards or promotional discounts

Special packages with limited-time pricing


  1. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
